The annexe offers an authentic, cozy retreat which blends period character with modern comforts. Located on the banks of the River Arrow, offering peaceful walks from the doorstep and perfectly positioned: a 10-minute stroll into Alcester town, 10 mins by car to Stratford-upon-Avon and 20 mins to Broadway and the Cotswolds. We are 5 - 10 mins away from Ragley Hall by car. And around a 20 min walk following the river. We offer private parking and are pet-friendly.

We are proudly dog-friendly: The space is pet-friendly, so your four-legged companion is welcome to join you on your Warwickshire getaway. Guests can find a dedicated 'Paws & Paths' kit waiting, including drying towels and treats for your four-legged companion.
Outside: There is a quiet seating area over-looking our garden. We have private parking for one car, and can arrange use of our Type 2 EV Charger at an additional fee.
Please note that as a 17th-century building, the space features charming quirks, including some low ceiling beams which reflect the historic nature of the property.

We live on-site in the main house alongside our young family and our own dog, so we are often nearby if you need any local recommendations or assistance during your stay. We value your privacy and aim to give you space to enjoy your retreat, but we are always on hand should you need anything. While the annexe is completely separate and private, we live right next door in the main house. We are a young family, so you may hear the gentle sounds of life nearby; we appreciate your understanding and respect for our home and your space.
